I can use it both under makeup or over makeup to fix too much powder or foundation. It travels well as it’s petite. Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great eye cream - terrible delivery tube I would give the product a 5 star. However the delivery tube mechanism is utterly ridiculous. Ive now had 4 tubes and the tube mechanism has failed on every one. I end up using my little finger or cotton buds to get at the product. I persist because a like the product. When I find one that suits my eyes, that I can get out of the packaging, I'll be changing. Just a thought RoC but ive never had a lip balm mechanism do this. Just a thought.
