Discover Philip Kingsley Moisture Extreme Conditioner 1000ml. A moisture Extreme Conditioner uses a unique combination of nourishing oils to coat your strands and lock in moisture. Intensely hydrating, detangling formula improves flexibility to reduce breakage, and helps tame even the toughest frizz to deliver smooth, shiny hair.

Directions

After shampooing, gently work into mid-lengths and ends of hair. Rinse well and follow with the appropriate Philip Kingsley Scalp Toner.
