Natural finish with great coverage
I got a mini of this in an advent calendar and wanted to buy the full size because I love the finish of this. Doesn't settle into fine lines around the eyes, great coverage as needed because I don't like to wear foundation. Stays nice and matt all day without looking flat

Soooo messy, feel like trashing it.
The powder is fine it looks nice on but it is not bag friendly at all, it spills out when closed and the powder comes out all into the top and it's near impossible to use it without wastage because of that, it flies everywhere when opening and closing and it's difficult to put in the lid and onto a brush because there's half of the product shaken out into the top so collecting the right amount without any wastage is a real challenge! 100% chance of over powdering the brush & having to blend it on the hand before even touching the face, otherwise there's too much & it collects inside the pores.

I need a new setting powder for clients and just wanted to know if this powder causes flashback as I'd also be using it for bridal make up.

The main ingredients that cause flash back in make up products are zinc oxide and titanium dioxide which are used in cosmetics with SPF.
This product does not contain either of those ingredients which indicates it will not cause flashback.

The Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder can be applied after your foundation, this will help to set your makeup and lock it into place making it full proof all day long!
The powder is to be applied with the Laura Mercier velour powder puff, dip your puff into the product then remove excess by tapping the puff on top of your hand. Gently press puff on the skin, using a rolling motion to "work" the powder into the skin.
A little tip on how to make your lipstick stay put all day, apply a dust of this powder on top and watch how it won't budge.
