Utter disappointment
Been using this for many years & bought myself a new bottle last week, what an utter disappointment, you have ruined this product, it’s thin & weak & not a patch on the previous bottles I’ve bought in the past. What a great shame.

End of an Era.
I’ve been wearing this for over 25 years and it’s amazing . However, the last 2 bottles I’ve purchased literally smell of nothing. You get a faint whiff of musk then it’s gone completely. I used to get comments all day with this especially the dry down in your clothes . Now it’s absolutely zero smell. Such a shame as this was iconic. I’d wear this over le labo and other ‘luxury’ scents but now it’s the end of an era!

Disappointed and annoyed.
So disappointing that the original Musk oil products are far superior to the new ones.
I’m not sure what has been done but it is hugely inferior and short-lasting.
The original Musk oil and rollerball were my go-to scents but now I have given up with Kiehls and will find another brand as they seem to discontinue products on a whim and must be trying to save money on inferior and just as expensive replacements.

Nasty
I am amazed at just how unpleasant this is. I bought it because I have fond memories of musk perfumes. The opening notes of this supposedly unisex perfume are a citrus that sadly smells like the worst artificial household cleaner you could buy. There are some slight flowery scents thereafter, but that's before the scent disappears all together. A total disappointment. A shame because I thought Kiehl's were a good brand and even with a discount it was an expensive mistake.
