Rated 5 out of 5 by from Always come back to this Cream We've used this for years for my son, who has dry skin and eczema. It keeps his skin soft and well hydrated. Whenever we stop using it because of the cost & try cheaper alternatives, his eczema flares up again. After a few days of using this cream, it always settles down. Worth every penny.
