I order directly from the site because it comes in perfect condition. When I opened the jar, it was still perfectly smooth across the top. I do like the big size, this was my first time getting it, and it does make sense now that I know I will use every bit of it until I move on to a new jar. Highly recommend the cleansing balms but specifically this original one in whatever size you want. I did start with the travel size to make sure I liked it and was immediately converted from my old cleansers.
