Lovely scent but not overpowering
I have to say the reviews are true, certainly for me, I have mature skin and had realised I wasn't paying as much attention, outrageous, never used a balm before and everything directed me to give it a try, it's a pleasure to use, my skin 'looks' like it's grateful, hasn't reacted in any negative way, dry etc, skin truly does feel softer, smoother and properly cleansed, never too old to try new stuff

No other balms compare
This is the best cleansing balm on the market hands down. The smells is also divine! I’ve compared it to other products too eg Clinique and this performs miles better, and removes heavy make up such as Estée Lauder double wear with no issue

Feels lovely on your skin, smells beautiful, and clears your makeup and the days grim away effortlessly. Plus it’s a lovely moisturising mask whilst relaxing in a warm bath. I won’t use anything else.

Good, a little disappointed
I do like the product, I just find that when I scoop some out rub between my fingers to warm it up it still feels like it’s dragging my skin, it works better for me if my skin is wet, not dry as recommended. I’m disappointed as I was recommended to use this following a stay at a champneys spa break.
