HOW TO APPLY
- For the perfect blotted lip look, apply Lip Filter HydroPlump Soft Matte Lipstick to lips by patting on with fingers or a fluffy brush. Then use a facial tissue to softly remove excess.
- To highlight a soft pout, use a deeper shade to fill in the corner of your lips.
- For a natural lip look, choose a color that compliments your undertone and natural lip color.
- To compliment your natural lip tone, chose a color that has a similar undertone. To neutralize your lip tone, chose a color that has an undertone opposite from your natural lip tone.
