Directions
Use La Roche-Posay Effaclar Purifying Foaming Gel every morning and/or evening. Wet your hands, then take a small amount of gel and work up a lather. Apply to the face, massaging gently. Rinse well with water.

If you’ve got oily skin like me, you know the daily battle — shine by noon, clogged pores, and that constant need to feel clean without stripping your face raw and sometimes you just wanna gave up on your skin until you this magical product. That’s where La Roche-Posay’s Effaclar Cleanser steps in like a skincare superhero.
It’s a gentle foaming gel that actually works. I need to read the ingredients before i use a product, and did some research as well because why waste my money? But this product, trust me not a waste of time or money also main ingredient Formulated with zinc pidolate , it dives deep to remove excess oil: it’s non-comedogenic, so it won’t clog your pores or trigger breakouts.

Made my skin so dry
Started using this and it just made my skin extremely flaky and it also caused me to break out on my chin and not on my usual spot (my cheeks)

Oily, spotty prone skin.
I have now been using this product for 3.5 years. When I was first gifted a bottle I was dubious as to whether it would work. But I can honestly hand on heart say, for me this stuff is amazing. I use to suffer with so many breakouts and these were little. These were massive cyst type spots, that I would struggle to get rid of, since using this along with the moisturiser I no longer suffer with these, occasionally I will get a small spot, but nothing like I use too. The smell and the feel of the product is great. I honestly could not live without this, greatest thing about this now is the refill packs, makes it even more cost effective.

I bought this to help with my black heads, and it's just completely broke me out. I was really excited to use it, but it didn't help, it's just made my skin worse with larger spots.

Awful
I tryed this in hopes it would help with my greasy face and blemish prone skin but it didn’t it burnt my skin to the point I couldn’t sleep and it said it is suitable for sensitive skin plus it dryed my skin out sooooo bad it was flaking and felt really tight my skin barrier is a bit damaged now so I’m starting a new routine disappointed !

Skin burn on and dry patches
I am a big fan of la roche-posay and have used other face cleansers prior to this one. Sadly, this product does not agree with my skin at all and have been left with severe dry patches all over my face and a skin abrasion on my chin. I ordered this product to help with blemishes and if anything my face has become more spotty by the skin barrier becoming effected. Disappointing, as I ordered the big bottle which I cannot use now. I can’t fault any of the other products and in particular, the cleanser and serum to help with hyperpigmentation was brilliant. Wish I’d stuck to that one
