New formula is bad
This use to be my holy grail for barrier repair during the winter months, it was so soothing, hydrating and moisturisering. It healed irritations and didn't clog my pores. Unfortunately the new formula is very drying and irritated my skin further, it also made my eyes sting/burn red and water even when I didn't put it near my eyes.

Wow! I absolutely love this product. It makes my skin feel hydrated and comfortable. My usual, expensive moisturiser just wasn’t enough with the harsh weather and the central heating. I was using it at night first as it was a baim, me but now use it in the morning too. I put it on, have my breakfast and then put my make up on. Amazing product.

Unsure about the OG formula. But this formula makes my skin feel very greasy, doesn’t absorb properly and feels very sticky. It also causes dry patches around my mouth and chin area leading to dermatitis( where as it is supposed to be helping with that)

Old Cicaplast was HG/New B5+ formula dries me out
The Cicaplast Balm B5 was my HG for many years for may very dry rosacea prone skin. Unfortunately, the new cicaplast Balm B5+ just irritates and dries my skin out. Please bring back the old formula for very dry skin as an alternative.

Very hydrating balm
