Pomegranate Noir diffuser
Reading other reviews I can't agree with them. I have a large room and only use 5 diffuser sticks and find a very pleasant aroma. The only flaw in ordering this timeÖ as this was not a gift I agreed to no gift packaging. However this was a mistake, luckily no damage but I felt the diffusers were not adequately protected against the potential rough handling by delivery agents.

Really disappointing ??
Something fundamental has changed in the formula. I owned my last diffuser back in 2022. The scent would hit you like a wall when entering my flat. Now instead of a 12 ft + range it's around 2 feet. I opened it on the 23rd Dec and on the 7th Jan there's been no improvement. Why change a winning formula? I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.

No smell
I am so so disappointed as I purchase the cologne all the time and am a little obsessed with the Pomegranate, however I decided to purchase the diffuser and cannot believe the lack of fragrance. Feel very let down as the item is expensive so should have been quality. Wasted my hard earned money ??.

Disappointed
I saved up to purchase this diffuser as was so impressed with the smell of it at my boss's house. Finally got it last week, but I can't smell it! I've used all 10 reeds, still can't smell it? What's going wrong? So disappointed ??

Very disappointed. Smell faded after one month.
I purchased this luxury Pomegranate Noir diffuser on 13 December 2023. Today January 21st 2024 I can barely smell it. Unacceptable. I will be contacting Jo Malone customer services. I will not purchase this again.

Extremely disappointed
I received this as a gift and saved it until I moved into my new house. The smell was divine for a couple of weeks and then faded away as the liquid turned brown. After a month there is very little scent unless you get right up close and even then, it is just a faint aroma. It is certainly not as I remember from previous diffusers when the delicious scent would intoxicate you each time you entered the room. Has the recipe changed?
