Disappointed
I have been buying this product for over a decade and always loved it and recommended it to everyone. My recent purchase however is not the same. The oil is so runny not the same consistency and the smell is not as strong. When I've put it in the bath previously the smell fills the air and was beautiful. Now the smell is very weak. It's like it's been watered down. So disappointed why mess with something which WAS amazing !

Not what it was
This bath oil was my all time favourite. Finally got a bottle after months out of stock., beware it's now a totally different product. It really doesn't have the lovely citrus intensity it's bland and slightly chemical. So disappointed.

Bought as a Christmas present for mother in law who’s in love with the brand! Arrived wrapped up in the original Jo Malone box with a bow over it. Delivery was slightly delayed (1 or 2 days) but that’s understandable and the communication throughout was great! Really happy with the service!
