Directions
A little goes a long way, so apply sparingly.
This very rich cream is best applied to the face by gently patting on, so as to avoid dragging the skin. Elsewhere on the body, gently smooth into the skin until the cream is absorbed.
To deeply nourish hard working, dry hands: apply liberally, cover with gloves and leave overnight.

I quite literally bought this a year ago, its so good i will repurchase, because its a great cream gives extreme hydration helps absorption and is easily applied diesnt irritate my texture skin the ingredients are safe and it smells great

Very moisturising, but also very fragranced!
I enjoy using this product. I am currently using Accutane to treat acne, and Weleda Skin Food works well on combating dry patches. One thing to consider if you have sensitive skin is that it is very fragranced - smells exactly like squeezing an orange. I actually quite like the smell but something to consider.

Thick Texture
Quite difficult to apply to my face as it's really thick. Once fully applied it works well with my dry skin I'm just finding it difficult to apply.

Oily, strong scent
Very rich and oily with a noticeably strong scent. If you are sensitive to fragrance, this might not be for you. don't like a kinda strong smell on your face not fore you, It does not suitable to everyday use, can feel very heavy on the skin.

Any good for blackhead prone skin? Wondering if this is non comedogenic as I have large pores - thanks!
I wouldn’t recomment on blackhead or acne prone skin. It is quite fragranced. It is also quite thick and sticky in consistency.

Can this be used on your lips and would it help with chapped/dry lips? Thanks.
I use it on my lips sometimes particularly if they’re cracked but I do find a good lip balm is better for that purpose day to day.

I definitley would! I'd apply serum first and let it absorp - then put the Skin Food on top as an extra, slightly thicker, more moisturising layer
