Overpriced and caused hair fall
I’m 54 and have a reasonable head of hair but the amount of hair fall on every wash is scary. I tried the other shampoo specifically for thinning hair (flourish) and got the same result. My scalp from feeling perfectly fine feels dry. This is awful worst product I’ve ever used.

Comeback Era Type of Shampoo
This shampoo is the truth. The Virtue Repair Shampoo is one of the only ones that actually makes your hair feel clean and moisturised at the same time. It doesn’t strip your strands or leave that squeaky, dry feeling, just softness and strength. Personally, I noticed less shedding after 2-3 weeks, and over time my hair has just felt… healthier. Like it’s bouncing back.
But let me tell you, this bottle does not live in the shower. I had to start hiding it in my wardrobe because once my sister used it, suddenly she was Beyoncé too. And we can’t both be Beyoncé in this house. Not on my budget.

shampoo
Virtue Recovery shampoo has improved the condition of my hair. The shampoo lathers easily and feels hydrating when used. Its not the most hydrating shampoo I have used but I currently have very dry hair and with any conditioner it provides enough hydration. This adds volume to my hair, in that my hair feels thicker after using, its soft and it really smooths out a lot of my frizz. For reference I have long, fine, dry, dyed hair that tangles and frizzes at the first drop of rain or damp. I need to straighten it just to make it manageable. This shampoo really restores my hair it works great with the recovery conditioner, but I have used it with many others and it still gives results. My hair has bounce but the frizz is smoothed its the first range I have found to both add volume but smooth my hair together most add sleekness at a loss of volume or vice versa. Highly recommend for any hair that needs a little recovery from dryness or damage etc.

I chose the travel size of this shampoo as a part of my Sephora Beauty Box a couple of months ago.
As it's mentioned in the product description, this shampoo is quite concentrated and thick and you only need a small amount for each wash. I made a mistake the first time and used more than needed and my hair was feeling weird afterwards. But then I started using a smaller amount and it worked fine. I haven't had my hair bleached or chemically treated for quite a while now, so I can't really comment on how well it works on damaged hair. But I can say that my hair felt nice and clean and soft after using this shampoo. It didn't help much with my frizz though. Also, while it seems some people don't like the scent, I absolutely loved it. It smells so delicious and lovely! I However, I wouldn't say that it's worth the price.

Not a hit
I wanted to like this as it would be great to find something that would help my fine and frizzy hair that's made worse by hard water.
Yes, my hair is slightly smoother, but this stuff dries up my scalp to the point it's flaky and makes my hair a lot more prone to greasiness even the next day.
Not for me.

A lovely shampoo
I received this as part of a sample. It has a lovely scent and did tame my frizzy hair but I found my hair got greasy within two days which isn’t usual for me. Likely wouldn’t buy again due to this and the price.
