I would like to order foundation on Tarte, but not shure what my colour is. I am wondering if I order but it is not my colour can I return it and have different colour?

I doubt that you can return a foundation but the Tarte website makes it possible for you to see all the colours.  I have tried many foundations and for my skin, Tarte is the best.  It stays on all day, gives really good coverage, a Matt finish, I suggest you buy the travel size bottle first to see if you like it.
