Most favourite.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been using this balm for years. I have very sensitive skin and this is the only one that works for me. I wear make-up every day, and use this balm not only to take it off but way smaller amount in the morning too. I added morning routine just to feel pleasure of comfort of my skin extra time in the day. It gives my skin that fresh and clean feeling that I just can't describe. It's my favourite step in my skin routine, even that I love all of my products.

Lovely product ...... packaging disappointing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful cleansing balm . The packaging is beyond disappointing the inner lid is beyond awkward and ill fitting not what I would expect from a luxury brand . Not sure whether my experience is unique and the jar is faulty .
