Uncomfortable, lack of results, gimmick
I genuinely think this mask does nothing for the skin - I didn’t purchase it myself so don’t feel any resentment for lost money, I just don’t believe it actually does anything. I’ve completed the 8 week course of blemish repair, and now 4 weeks into the better ageing course, after I finish this, I’ll go to skin sustain. My skin wasn’t TERRIBLE beforehand, but the mask has made 0 difference. I think the reviews people make are more about how they enjoy having the mask in their routine, a lot of the ones I see are people using it for a week and that’s not enough time to truly see a difference. The eye pads I think are quite gimicky, I don’t see a noticeable difference in puffiness, if there is it’s so subtle that I don’t see the benefit. The eye pads are quite large, so you’re not actually getting any red light on your dark circles / bags nor a large part of your inner cheek. The mask itself is very heavy and uncomfortable - I have quite a small face and use the extra eye pads and have to hold the mask in place so it doesn’t weigh down and sit really uncomfortably, I definitely couldn’t do ‘chores’ with it on. Overall I just think it’s a big gimmick, I would recommend interested buyers to do more research on red light penetration, probably invest in a panel instead, or if you’re set on getting a mask go for one that doesn’t have the eye pads so you get red light on your inner face and also one that is flexible as the hard shell on this one is super uncomfortable. As I mentioned at the start I didn’t personally buy this for myself so I’m not trying to hate on shark or the product for any angry reason or resentment to money wasted, I just would be so upset if I paid the premium for it and didn’t get the results I was marketed. Save your money / spend it elsewhere would be my advice. The only reason I’m still using it is because my partner bought it for me and I feel bad if he sees me disappointed in the product - and I have been using it for 3 months now, more than enough time for it to show what it can (or can’t) do.

Best buy!
This is my first ever online product review which should tell you just how thrilled I am that I asked my husband to get me this as a Christmas present last year! 10 months on, I honestly can’t imagine being without it. It’s made such a difference to the appearance of my skin — it has a lovely glow now, and my complexion looks so much more even. Thank you Shark!

Better skin!
Brought this (full price) and having been using generally most days, routine blemish repair. Skin has been very bad for a while, GP prescribed antibiotics for 3 months with no improvement to my skin.
I have been using this for around a month, and it has probably been the best thing I have ever had, my skin is definitely improving - less spots and blemishes.
I don't particularly like the eye cooling setting (just to cold for me) so glad there's a feature to turn this off.
I would really like to try the new product facial as I think that would finally get my skin back to how it was before!

Absolutely works 💕
I have been using the mask for 3 weeks now and can 100% see a difference. I have been using the blemish setting daily and the eye de puff before work and at night. I have always struggled with scarring after spots around my chin and they have now faded and less noticeable using the mask. The de puff is fantastic too and I can instantly see the difference. I read alot of reviews before purchasing as it's quite alot of money to spend. Most negative comments were around the eye patches and how they are uncomfortable. I personally do not find it uncomfortable as I lay down and use the 8 minutes as a relaxation time and chill. If you use the mask straps correctly around your head, you won't have a problem. I definitely recommend this product.

Amazing product a definite buy
I am over the moon with this product I have been using since March. The under eye treatment is fab I rarely suffer from puffiness any more after using this, fine line have definitely gone. Treat yourself an absolute must have buy.

Acne unchanged
I bought this 2-3 months ago. I have used the acne and better ageing settings every night for 8 weeks, sadly I have seen no difference in the acne. The better ageing is yet to be determined but as a whole, my skin is largely unchanged. I used to use sheet masks and wanted to find a skin solution that wasn’t disposable but this hasn’t worked for me.
For reference I am a 30 year old woman, acne has been an ongoing issue the past couple of years and I now trust my doctor that no amount of face wash or treatments will be able to target internal hormones.
