Acne unchanged
I bought this 2-3 months ago. I have used the acne and better ageing settings every night for 8 weeks, sadly I have seen no difference in the acne. The better ageing is yet to be determined but as a whole, my skin is largely unchanged. I used to use sheet masks and wanted to find a skin solution that wasn’t disposable but this hasn’t worked for me.
For reference I am a 30 year old woman, acne has been an ongoing issue the past couple of years and I now trust my doctor that no amount of face wash or treatments will be able to target internal hormones.

Ok, but design could be improved with some thiufht
I am 55 and I bought this to help firm my face /jowls and to helps with under eye wrinkles.
It has firmed my skin a bit, not has done nothing for eye wrinkles or tightened skin.
My other issue with this product is the shape, for me it is too big on the forehead, and not big/long enough to cover the lower of my face (jaw line).

Significant benefits
I was given this for Christmas by my husband and have used it several times a week since.
I'm not always bothered by the under eye pads, but have seen significant benefits from the anti-aging and blemish repair functions.
My skin tone is more even, my acne scarring has slightly reduced and I don't get any breakouts like I used to before I used it (Am 52, and peri).

Does the job but short battery life.
I have just completed my 30th session with my Shark Cryo mask and I am beginning to see some improvement in the blemishes on my skin caused by excema. The only thing I am not happy about is the battery life, the mask needs charging after just a few sessions. I expected it to last longer.

Not impressed
I got this as a Christmas present and I honestly was so excited to use it. Unfortunately it has made my skin so dry, I’ve used intense moisturisers to try and help but my skin is shedding like a snake! I’ve followed all of the tips to use this product and nothing has changed. I had a rest for 4 weeks and my skin improved significantly, as soon as I started to use again my skin got worse. I do like the eye cooling part, however, it is heavy and does leave marks on your face. If I could return I would!

The best on the market!
I did lots of research before I bought this particular LED face mask. This really is the best on the market and the bonus eye cooling pads are amazing. Use them on their own before going out and they get rid of all the puffiness!

Blown away !
I got the mask and stand. 99 uses daily for 6 mins and I know it works because my closest friends having not seen me for 8 weeks asked if I had got Botox ! I am 56!
