Does the job but short battery life.
I have just completed my 30th session with my Shark Cryo mask and I am beginning to see some improvement in the blemishes on my skin caused by excema. The only thing I am not happy about is the battery life, the mask needs charging after just a few sessions. I expected it to last longer.

I got this as a Christmas present and I honestly was so excited to use it. Unfortunately it has made my skin so dry, I’ve used intense moisturisers to try and help but my skin is shedding like a snake! I’ve followed all of the tips to use this product and nothing has changed. I had a rest for 4 weeks and my skin improved significantly, as soon as I started to use again my skin got worse. I do like the eye cooling part, however, it is heavy and does leave marks on your face. If I could return I would!

The best on the market!
I did lots of research before I bought this particular LED face mask. This really is the best on the market and the bonus eye cooling pads are amazing. Use them on their own before going out and they get rid of all the puffiness!

Blown away !
I got the mask and stand. 99 uses daily for 6 mins and I know it works because my closest friends having not seen me for 8 weeks asked if I had got Botox ! I am 56!

Brilliant, very happy
I'm so pleased that I purchased this. My skin has never looked so good. I've done the 8 weeks blemish repair and the 8wks better. aging. This was about 4 or 5 months ago I've been using the skin sustain. My skin has now become more sensitive as I'm perimenopausal which is causing breakouts. Would I be ok to repeat the blemish repair again for 8 weeks. I'm not sure where to find this information out.
Overall very happy apart from it does leave marks on my nose and above eye brows.

Eye pads too large.
I have only been using it for about two weeks so I’m yet to notice any difference. The one thing I will say is that it does feel bulky on my face and the under eye cooling pads are so large they cover half of my cheeks. My cheeks are my problem area as I suffer with rosacea so I feel I would have benefited from these being slightly smaller. They feel lovely and it is a nice feature it’s just a shame it compromises the lights coverage.
