This is a slight tingle almost enjoyable. Smell of sugar mint is incredible. Definitely buying again. Super plump and smooth finish

On initial application it is really sticky but does dry down well and becomes less sticky. The Sugarmint scent is really nice! Very subtle plumping effect but enough to make lips look visibly healthy.
