Peri menopause
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been talking peri menopause for two months now and I feel a lot better . I feel more relaxed and not so anxious. I used to get that racing heart beat I would feel trembling like a panic attack that’s gone I’m coping better sleeping better . And it’s even helped my cramps as I still get a withdrawal bleed I call it . Now my cramp lasts two days instead of four and my small bleed now only lasts four days . And as an added bonus my hair is thicker I can see baby hairs and my hair at the sides was thinning now my hair is back and no split ends my nails are like tallons I had to cut them next month I can get my own nails done now don’t need these false ones . My skin feels so soft on my whole body . Looking forward to see after three months now I’m on my third month.

Life changing
I’ve been taking this for more than two months now and the way it has balanced out my anxiety, my moods, everything I was suffering from perimenopause- unreal. My hair and skin also had improved. Highly recommend

Really helped my sleep
It took a while to notice a difference (I would say around 4-5 weeks) but I really noticed a big difference in my sleep, nails and hair. My sleep isn’t as irregular and my nails are definitely stronger and longer. Would highly recommend
