Directions
- Apply lip liner starting with the edge of the lip line to sculpt
- Wait up to 60 seconds for the formula to set in place
- Wear alone or layer with REFY Lip Gloss or Lip Blush

I absolutely love this lip liner! Oat is the perfect nude shade especially if not wearing any make up with a slight gloss over the top. About to repurchase for the 3rd time. I wear it every day so I do go through it a lot quicker than a lip pencil you would sharpen.
