Directions
Gently massage onto a cleansed face and follow with your Nip+Fab overnight moisturiser. Apply in evenings only as an exfoliating treatment step. For best results, use up to twice a week and increase usage as skin's tolerance builds.

Not sure on this one.
This was a free gift with my order and I am not sure if I would buy it again.
The thing that puts me off of that it can cause your skin to be more sensitive to sun and increase the risk of burning because of the AHA content.
I am on meds that do that anyway, so I don’t need to be putting my skin at even more risk of burning in the sun, no matter how nice it might make my skin feel or look.

Couldn't live without it
My very fussy peri-menopause skin only likes chemical exfoliation however as it is also sensitive I have to be very careful with what I use. To say that this product is a game changer would be an understatement. My skin feels smooth and clear again and I quite literally could not live without this product. I use it in combination with the ceramide moisturiser and peptide oil.
