Directions

Won’t buy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using these products now for about 2/3 months in this time I have seen no drastic improvement to my hair thickness or health so I am not overall happy.
It’s a nice shampoo snd conditioner with treatment set and I am really grateful to try it but don’t believe the properties in it work as well as I was hoping for but this could also be down to my hair as well.

I have been using it for a while now, and has definitely helped to strengthen my hair in specific areas as I have some thinning spots around my scalp. The smell isn’t intense and the application is easy due to the nozzle which targets specific areas. Smalls size but good product!

Strong smell but good effect

Lightweight, easily absorbed serum almost melted into my hair. Easy to use pump, seems very effective from even first use but the scent for me lasts a little too long and its strongly minty.

Avoid if you like to feel like you can breathe in
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought it would be a good idea to use the leave in treatment overnight. What a mistake! The menthol smell was so strong that my partner and I couldn't sleep, and I ended up washing my hair at 2am! It might be a good product, but only those with no sense of smell will ever find out!

So-So Results and Confusing to Use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the serum with the shampoo and conditioner for six weeks. My hair looks a bit fuller, and it didn’t irritate my scalp, but the unclear instructions make it tricky to apply. Overall, I don’t think I’d buy it again.

Gave me a sore scalp
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this for a month as part of a 3 step system, as my hair is thin and fine, but also I’m losing a great deal recently due to new medication. Unfortunately, this gave me a sore scalp and I only noticed a slow in the hair loss rather than a thickening improvement. Be aware this can be harsh on a sensitive scalp. It’s not a cheap product, and there is a decent amount in the bottle for the price.

Difficult to apply on longer hair
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the serum with the shampoo and conditioner in the 3 step system for 6 weeks. While overall I think my hair looks better and has more volume I find the serum difficult to use.
This is partly because I am forgetful (thanks peri-menopause) and once out the shower and wrapped in a towel I forget that I have another step of hair care to go.
When I do remember though I find it hard to apply it.
It is meant to go all over the scalp which is hard to do unless you have really short hair. I have prioritised applying it to the thinning areas at the front of my head and along my parting where the scalp is most visible.
The serum would benefit from better instructions. It says “Apply evenly to entire scalp. Do not rinse”. If you go to the brand website it says apply to towel dried hair. Even with a short bob I don’t know how to get it all over my scalp and the video doesn’t really help.

Hair thicker and more voluminous
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tested this product for a month along side shampoo and conditioner from the same line. Product doesn’t have smell or you feel it when apply on the scalp. I sprayed it all over my scalp and gently managed it for a couple minutes. It is easily sprayed on the scalp. Baby hair start appearing on my hairline after month of use and have a feeling of thicker hair with more volume. Only thing is that try to avoid spraying too much over scalp as it makes your hair look greasy.
