Directions

As with all MUGLER creations, spray a cloud in the air and then cross it to let the fragrance settle on hair and clothes.

Complete this gesture whenever you want, by applying the fragrance to the pulse points: in the hollow of your handle, at the top of the neck or at the bend of the arm.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Per-fec-tion in a bottle I have intense version, which smells too acidic. This one smells like a bottled perfection. It's sweet but not toobsweet, lasts all day and make people turn their heads. Perfect for spring/summer scent, but can be easily worn all year round.

I get a brief burst of bergamot in the opening, but it is the coconut that quickly takes control - it will last throughout the entire wear of the fragrance, so how much you enjoy coconut will strongly effect how you'll feel about this. Once the bergamot fades into the coconut, Alien Goddess is all about the delicious jasmine, and, except for a gentle sprinkling of the listed heliotrope, I can't separate any other florals that might be present. I love vanilla although it is hit or miss wth how well it will wear on me, but it is rich & dark enough here to wear really well for me - slightly earthier and less sweet than most vanilla accords found today. The Cashmeran adds a gentle woody undertone & more coziness to the vanilla. I've heard many things about poor longevity and sillage for this, but it wears excellently on me; around 8 to 10 hours, with a moderate projection. If you enjoy the uncluttered feeling combined with the high quality of the jasmine & the smooth coconut in Fame as much as I do, then Alien Goddess is a fragrance that I highly recommend trying ASAP. I've also quickly found that Alien Goddess layers really well with cosmic when I'm in the mood for a juicier take on the fragrance.
