Poor presentation and packaging
Both items I purchased were good unfortunately i was was very disappointed with the presentation and packaging.
Just chucked in a brown cardboard box with some scrunched up very hard A4 paper . One of the labels damaged due to item moving around in poorly packed box
Thought a bit more care would have been taken from such a premium brand.
