It does smell like a banana and then like a vanilla when dried down. It doesn’t last too long as an eau de parfum though. All kids seem to compliment me when I wear it.

More vanilla than banana
I have some kind of obsession with banana and coconut so bought this after reading reviews. I find the overwhelming smell vanilla with a hint of banana in dry down, can’t smell coconut. I would t buy again as don’t want a vanilla perfume. But smells nice enough.
