Not What I Expected
This is a pleasant inoffensive perfume, but it was not what I was expecting for a scent that is supposed to evoke the British seaside. I expected it to be fresher and cleaner, but then I live on the coast and am used to rain and gale force winds in my face, not just the memory of a few days on the beach in the summer. This scent is slightly sweet and warmer than I thought with quite a 'creamy' smelling note, almost like very mellow pipe tobacco - I presume this is the ambrette? There is a bit of mineral saltiness, but it's just not as fresh and sparkling - or as unisex - as I wanted it to be. It also fades incredibly quickly (you get about an hour out of it) and I laughed out loud at the size of the 9ml bottle. It's really overpriced. I'll use this up, but won't repurchase.

Bought for my wedding day
In November last year I purchased some samples as I wanted a perfume that was extra special for my wedding day. After using up all my samples I love d the wood sage and sea salt the most, and as the perfume isn't cheap I was pleasantly surprised when the sample I used lasted all day and I could smell it on myself when I got in the shower at the end of the day. A month before my wedding I ordered the 50ml and had my name engraved on it. The smell was the exact same when I sprayed it on my wedding day and I put a lot on and sprayed on my veil too, but an hour later after the ceremony I couldn't smell it at all. I applied more, couldn't smell it an hour or two later. Applied more for the evening reception and again when I went to bed it was like I hadn't had it on. I love the smell but the 50ml bottle does not last like the sample bottle did which is extremely disappointing considering the price as well!! I can't return due to the engraving and of course I've used it. I have recently bought the sample from the store in Leeds and sprayed the sample one wrist and my bottle on the other.. I can smell the sample all day and not the bottle one! Wondering if I got a faulty bottle or if it's watered down!!

My Forever Choice
This scent is romantic and atmospheric. I fell in love the first time I tried it and have always got one in reserve if it starts to run out. It's really not the type of smell I would have gone for but since using it, I've change my appreciation for fragrance and now include immersive fragrances that make you think of a place experience. (Smokes, woods, leather) This smell makes me think of stormy seaside with warm air and energising cold sea at your feet. I completely adore this product and as fragrance is so personal, I just wish everyone that smells this perfume experiences what I do too.

Smell doesn't last long.
I have used this product daily it smells lush when first applied but the fragrance just doesn't last which is a shame. I love a fragrance that I can smell all day and get compliments on. This doesn't last and no compliments :(

Scent doesn't last
I am so disappointed with the lasting power of this perfume. Even after spraying liberally the scent doesn't last longer than an hour. Don't waste your money! I stupidly purchased a 100ml bottle and regretted it
