Designed for voluminous curls: the ghd chronos curve grand tong has a 32mm large barrel with a spring activated ergonomic lever.
BEST FOR: creating soft tumbling curls with volume at the root or a faux blow style, ideal for medium to longer hair lengths.

Love the smooth barrel and easy wind to curl hair
I didn’t think this curling wand would be much different from other products I own but it is!
It heats up so fast and creates lovely waves and curls. Easy to use and soooo smooth.

Not what I was hoping for!
I bough these as part of a birthday treat to myself as I thought they would be great...I have had GHD straighteners for many years so thought these would be as good. I like the handling of them but not the longevity of the curl.....I even bought the GHD curl spray but it makes no difference! Not sure I would recommend sorry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the curlers are good once you get the hang of it, however if you want quick and ease of use a wand curler can be better in terms of ease of use. As with these curlers you have the extra faff of the clamp. Yes you get decent curls at the end of it but the clamp can make it a little difficult to bring out the curls if not done consistently correctly so a little more effort needed but overall the curls do look quite good aft3r all the effort

Great product, really liked using it .
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first curling tong as usually I use a ghd straightener or wand to curl my hair. The product quality is really good and it feels good to hold and use and not too heavy. The cable is nice and long and there is a white light around the bottom of the handle which indicates it is switched on which I really liked (although it does have auto off if you forget to switch it off). Unlike my other ghd products the on button is a switch rather than a button which I admit confused me at first ! Curling with the Chronos curve grand tong took me a bit of getting used to at first but once I got the hang of it I really liked it. It slides through my hair to the ends really smoothly and doesn’t stick or pull at all. I like the fact I can curl right to the tips of my hair which I struggle to do with the wand. It has a cool tip which is really good for holding on to when holding the curl. The temperature is very hot, and heats up in a few seconds which is great. The large barrel gave me lovely curls, although as I have fine shoulder length hair I think a smaller barrel may be a bit better for me as my hair doesn’t hold a curl particularly well so it really left me with waves rather than curls. That said , I also tried this on my daughters hair which is much longer and thicker than mine and it worked brilliantly and the curls really stayed in well. Overall I think this is a really great product and would definitely recommend it, I think for softer waves I will certainly use this rather than my ghd styling wand going forward.

GHD Chronos Curve 32mm Tong
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used the Curve Tong a few times now, and practice definitely makes perfect! Also worth watching some ‘How To’ videos, if like me, you’re not great at curling your own hair! Quick to heat up and create nice, shiny curls which last the evening. The tong comes with a styling glove which helps reduce any heat if you get your fingers too close to the wand. Definitely a keeper!

The perfect tongs

I’ve had a curling tong from GHD before, and it was great so had high expectations, and it didn’t disappoint. Exactly what you would expect from GHD - get the job done and the curls last for days if looked after.
