Fast drying
I bought this a month ago to replace a GHD hairdryer. This one is just as good for drying hair but does feel a little heavier and the cooling button is positioned in a tricky place as it's where you would hold the dryer. As a hairstylist, I find this a little problematic and accidentally press the cooling button often.

I really didn't know what a difference a good hairdryer could make until I tried my daughter's GHD. It was so good I had to order one straight away for myself. Perfect results every time. Just wow. No need to use straighteners

Fast drying not quite as shiny as I thought
I love my new hair drier, my old hair (!) has become more frizzy with age, mainly at the ends. I researched one of the best and most affordable products and the GHD Air came up. I would say I expected a little more shine and less frizz (probably reduced by 20% maximum), but overall happy.
