Directions
For tired legs, massage with upward movements. ELEMIS Sp@Home Instant Refreshing Gel can be applied over tights. For tense arms, neck and shoulders, massage in with circular motion. For scalp and head tension place a small amount on the fingertips and gently massage into the temples and across the forehead.

I've used for many years.
If my back is aching or sore, this always gives instant relief and I get back issues!!
It's so good, I now buy as a gift for family members.

Fantastic!
This is my go-to for working-in-the-NHS-induced back and shoulder pain. When my back is bad, it is the only thing that can get me up and moving without shoving painkillers down my neck. It smells refreshing, absorbs quickly, and provides a really pleasant cooling effect for sore, aching muscles (so also works pretty well for DOMS post exercise). I have a lot of cupping done on my back and the arnica in this helps a bit with the bruising. Yes, it is expensive, but totally worth it as a little goes a long way.
(I also use it in the blazing heat of summer to cool my skin down at night)

it is a very good product, which I have used for many years. It is so relaxing for tired muscles and I was getting desperate to find a new supply.
