Directions
Step 1 - AM: Apply one pump to damp skin / PM: Start by removing eye make-up with a dedicated eye product, then apply two pumps to damp skin.
Step 2 - Massage for one minute with fingertips.
Step 3 - Rinse thoroughly with tepid water. Pat gently dry.

I swapped from Obagi cleanser to this one and I was very nervous at what might happen with my skin as Obagi was brilliant for clearing my skin up....id say this is just as good! My skin is clear and feels great and I am confident to leave the house without foundation. My skin can be sensitive too and this is really gentle. This is more cost effective too as it's a fraction the cost of my previous cleanser and lasts longer!

I have been using this cleanser for years and have not been tempted to try others during this time. It feels gentle when using but it cleans beautifully whether you are using make up or not. I also buy the refill because and my bottle has been going for years and no sign of having to replace it. Very good value, it lasts me months.

I have been looking for a good cleanser for a long time now, i tried so many that ended up making me very unhappy. I tried the Flawless Cleanser as a bit of a last resort, and I am glad that I did. It is quite a thick jelly cleanser, unlike any other cleanser i have tried before. I have acne prone skin, and redness prone skin too. After using this cleanser my face feels clean and calm without any of the tightness or feeling of burning, that other cleansers have given me. I have been using the cleanser for almost a month now, and whilst my skin isnt at the place I want it to be, I do feel that it is on its way. I do take one star off for the pump though. As other people have talked about in their reviews, once the cleanser drops to a certain level, it becomes nearly impossible to pump. I took the pump out and saw the plastic tube that sucks up the cleanser is at least 1 cm too short, but luckily enough I have a small collection of old pumps that i have kept(i am sure you know what it is like to have a pump break or arrive broken, so i always keep old ones) and after trimming a small part off the bottom of the old tube, I replace it into the Flawless Cleanser bottle, and now it pumps flawlessly too.
