Texture is perfection. It works really well. I wish you would make a texture wise similar formula, but with ceramides as the «active» ingredient. It would be perfect for eczema in winter.

I have suffered from really bumpy KP/ chicken skin on my thighs and upper arms for as long as I remember. This year I really wanted to tackle it. I went abit OTT, scrubbing, moisterizing twice a day, using acids, lotions, sulfer soap (you name it Ihave tried it) and let me tell you that was a bad idea. Cerve SA Lotion was also a mistake - all resulting in making the KP much MUCH worse.
This is where AHA Lotion from Dr Sam enters the chat. I read the reviews and decided to take a punt. I stopped ALL other cleaners (shower SA cleaner from Cerve), all scrubbing with mits, all the other moisterizers and soaps and just use the AHA lotion immediately after I shower and have pat dryed my legs. (I just use my regular gentle soap in the shower).
It has been about 1 month now and the results are amazing. Bumps on my thighs reduced by 90% and on my arms by 85%. I only use a physical exfoliator once a week and very gently. But everyday I apply the AHA lotion and it doesnt make me itch or make KP worse - it just looks so much better.
If you are on the fence about trying this, do it. For the rest of my body i use a different cream just to keep down on costs, as it is a bit pricey but it really works!
I honestly had given up all hope of having smooth legs but seems Dr Sam has done it again!

Now on my second tube of this and I am seeing quite an improvement and lightening of my age related pigmentation spots. I didn’t expect this, am over 70 and I’m going to keep going with this despite the product being a bit more expensive than I would normally pay for a body cream. Another Dr Sam winner for me.

So far, so good, been using on my legs, arms and chest to deal with pigmentation, dryness and bumps. My skin is noticeably smoother and brighter even after only 5 days. Expensive cream as it does say to apply twice a day but I am noticing the difference. After shaving my legs today they are noticeably more smooth and bright than before using the cream.
