Disappointed
I purchased the Clarins eye pencil two weeks ago because I trust the brand’s high-quality standards and its reputation for dermatologically and ophthalmologically tested products.
Unfortunately, this product was a complete disappointment.
The first time I used it was right after I bought it. That same evening, I removed my makeup as usual. However, the next morning I woke up and could barely open my eyes, they were red, swollen, and constantly tearing. I had to follow a treatment with eye drops.
At that point, I wasn’t 100% sure the product was responsible. A few days later, I decided to try the pencil again, this time on its own, without using any other makeup products on my face.
Within a short time, my eyes became red again. Even though I immediately tried to rinse it off, my eyes had already become swollen, irritated, and were continuously tearing.
This product is extremely disappointing and potentially unsafe. I do not know which ingredient caused this reaction, but the company should urgently investigate this issue.

Rubbish
Quality of their eye pencils has gone downhill. This one did not work at all. Was dry and kept snapping. I couldn’t use it at all. I did raise a complaint, but do far no solution.

Easy to applied, great colours eye liners
Good eyeliner , great colour, i applied it the first time it smudge at the bottom liner, the second time i used it it did not it stay on a few hours before it smugde, a little disappointed with the smudging at the bottom line but the top liner stay put, that is whyvit earn 4 out of 5 stars
