Directions
Place a small amount of product on the fingertips. Apply to wet skin and work into a lather. Exfoliate gently. Avoid the eye contour. Rinse with warm water.

New Formula? Disappointed is an understatement
Disappointed is and understatement with the change to this product. I thought I was going crazy trying to look for the one-step exfoliating cleanser until I realised you have completely changed the product. I cannot believe you changed the best product you have, and the one that got me into Clarins in the first place. This does not clean your skin and give the glow like the previous formula. Why on earth change something that was a best seller and not broken to begin with. To be “more eco friendly”? What a joke. I’d like to see the bottom line on that. Why you didn’t just create it as a new product is beyond me. Do not recommend and will not be buying anymore.

New formula disappointing!
The formula and texture of the one step gentle exfoliating cleanser has massively changed and it’s now nowhere near as good! I’ve used the product for many years and absolutely loved it, it was my favourite cleanser by far! I used to love the rich orange colour and scent, and the more course grainy texture really helped to keep my skin beautifully radiant. Now this cleanser has sadly lost its lovely scent and colour and the exfoliating beads are too soft to make any difference to my skin. What a shame to ruin such an amazing product! Bring back the old formula - it worked wonders!
