Directions

To use, first apply Lip Cheat lip liner, redefining, reshaping & resizing your lips by outlining just past your natural lip line. Fill in your lips for added intensity.
Apply Matte Revolution straight from the bullet, the square tip is designed to mimic a lip brush, so you can get fuller, wider looking, lit-from-within lips in seconds.
Tilbury Tip: Sexy Sienna matches perfectly with Lip Cheat in Pink Venus if you have a fair to medium skin tone, or Foxy Brown if you have a deep skin tone.
