Didn't do anything for my KP
I went through 1/3 of this jar before giving up. There were absolutely no benefits to using this regularly - not in terms of hydration and definitely not in terms of smoothing the skin. I did my research and switched to Eucerin's counterpart, and I could see results already after a couple of uses.

I tried this thinking it would be really good. I was wrong. It has a funny smell to it and it honestly is too thick for my skin and it’s very drying

Cerave smoothing wash and cream
On the recommendation of a dermatologist I’ve been using Cerave facial cleanser and moisturiser for months and am deeply impressed so thought I’d try the smoothing wash and smoothing cream on my dry flaky legs. I was amazed at the improvement after one only use. My legs were softened and they have improved significantly with further use. For rough dry body skin I’d thoroughly recommend this excellent reasonably priced duo.

please please please dont buy this one.
trust me i had somewhat clear skin, no dryness or anything. i bought this cream and since then my skin has been a nightmare and its as if nothing will ever fix it. it has turned my skin so dry, even when i had barely used the product, and has created bumps and scarring across my face. the problem is, the tub is so big it wont run out so it feels wasteful to even think of throwing it out. i have use other moisturisers and this by far is the worst. id say the one good thing is its very thick so at first it feels as if your skin is nourised. other than that, it is rubbish. would not recommend

Can you use this as a facial moisturizer, Day and Night . TIS
I'm not sure it would be suitable as a day cream for the face as it's quite a rich cream. My arms, legs, etc can sometimes feel slightly tacky hours after application. Could be ok as a night cream, I've just not tried.

is this a moisturizer or do you have to use as well as a moisturiser for your face ??
I use this on my face at night after I’ve applied my other lotions and potions. I haven’t tried daytime as have oily skin and wear make up so wouldn’t risk it sliding off. But this cream is amazing

is this product suitable for vegans/vegetarians?
It is hard to answer fully.
It has a product in called: Urea.
Urea is a byproduct that all *living* animals and humans make. (Madonna was known to ummm pass her own Urea and rub her feet in it).
Now it is possible that the Urea in this product is made in a lab and is synthetic.
Or it could be Urea from pigs.
Which traceability it is hard to pinpoint the source.
