Product Description
Fully charge the handheld controller before first use.
Using the velcro bands, attach the straps to the side of the mask and insert the eye shields.
Plug the cable into the port of the handheld controller.
Cleanse your skin and dry with a towel.
Hold the mask close to your face to position for best fit. Using the straps, fasten the velcro at the back of your head. You can adjust the bands to ensure a snug fit.
You want to ensure that the eye shields are secure to your face to prevent light leak.
Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn on the mask.
Press the power button to select a different mode and use the time selection button to choose your treatment time. You can select 10, 20 or 30 minutes.
When the time has elapsed, the device will switch itself off. If you want to turn off the device during the process , hold the power button for 2 seconds.
Finish your skincare routine with a sheet mask, serum, moisturiser or oil.
Repeat 3-5 times per week for the best results.

Turn the device on then gently massage the wand against the skin. Start from the inside of your face and work the device outwards, targeting the forehead, under eyes, cheeks, neck and jaw.

Love it, but takes commitment
This mask has been a great addition to my skincare routine. I feel like I'm actually seeing improvements in my skin which I am so happy with.
My only note is that you need to be consistent to see the results, so it’s a bit of a commitment but worth it.

Great Results
I’ve been using the Beauty Pro LED mask for about a month now and have really noticed an improvement in my skin. My complexion looks brighter and some of my fine lines seem softer already. The different light settings are easy to switch between. Overall, really impressed with the results so far!

Doesn’t charge/ work
Doesn’t work, the device doesn’t charge and is terrible quality for the money. Now I’m left with a completely useless mask

Broke after two months, waste of money
Extremely disappointed in the product, bought the mask in store on 14th June 2025. I used it for two months and was pleased with it but went to use it one night and it didn't turn on. After fiddling for a few minutes some of the bulbs turned on but a few at the base of the mask still weren't lit and if you move the remote any bit it flickers off again. I have used it probably twice a week and I always store it flat in the box it came in. I contacted the company with photos and videos but I can't find the receipt so they wouldn't help. I am quite annoyed because it was expensive and is obviously faulty. I know I bought it on the 14 June because I was texting my sister on the day (see screenshot below). Obviously not the same as a receipt but just for anyone reading this review to know that I bought it two months ago and it's broken already. Would not recommend at all obviously. I didn't ask for a refund, only to replace. Presume since it is clearly faulty and the company not willing to replace it then it must be a common occurrence.

Amazing results in 2 weeks!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using this mask 7 weeks ago after having a different branded one. This one is so much nicer to use and far more comfortable to wear!! I use it 2 - 3 times a week and alternate between Red, Infrared and Yellow light and first noticed a difference to my skin within 2 weeks!! My skin looks plumper and fine lines have reduced. I didn't think this would be possible in such a short time frame, but I took photos when I started and regularly after to compare. This mask is so easy to use. I love that it is comfortable and I can move around while wearing. I also enjoyed the different settings to address different issues for my skin. I will be recommending this mask to my friends.

Decent device but don't expect a quick result
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been testing this for 6 weeks and it seems to work, but don't expect results quickly. I mainly used it on the red setting to try and increase my collagen to assist with anti ageing. For the first 4 weeks I didn't really notice any differences, but it was a nice relaxing treat at the end of a long, hard day. However, now at 6 weeks I am starting to notice some minor changes, in particular, the fine lines around my eyes and forehead are becoming smoother. I am interested to see how much it improves over some more time!

Great product so far!
This product is amazing! I’ve only been using for 6 weeks so I don’t personally think I’ve got the full effect yet but the smoothness of my skin is unreal! A few people in the last week have commented on my skin saying it looks good so something must be working! It will be the case of me carrying on with use!

Happy customer
Really pleased with this mask and I’m really seeing a difference in my skin.
I’ve been using it 3 times a week on purple for about 8 weeks now and I’m already noticing I’m getting less breakouts and my skin just feels more awake.
The mask it self is light weight and easy to store as it’s flat. It comes with a travel bag too so I’m going to take it on holiday with me too as I don’t want to stop my routine as I’m really happy with the results.
