Directions

For diffusion or inhalation. Choose the essential oil you are most drawn to, remove the dropper, attach the diffusion head and insert into the Atomiser for pure, undiluted diffusion.
Alternatively, add a few drops⁽¹⁾ to your chosen carrier oil and apply to wrists or add to a warm bath.
