Lifted Cheek Effect Apply two dots of cheek tint shine to the high cheekbone area, extending slightly toward the temple for an elongated look. Blend upward and outward using your fingers or a brush. Boyfriend Blush Dab the blush onto the apples of your cheeks, blending slightly outward. Keep the application low on the cheeks, avoiding blending too high, for a soft, rounded appearance. Monochromatic Look Apply two dots of cheek tint shine to your cheeks and one dot to the brow bone. Blend using a fluffy blush brush. Apply a small amount to your lips using a lip brush or by dabbing with your fingertips.
