Directions

Great product
I use this has a "wind down" rather than a 100% definite sleep aid. I like the rollerball nature which prevents the scent from getting stuck in your throat like sprays of a similar sleep nature.

Bliss in a bottle!
I love this little bottle of sleeping bliss! All you need is a little roll on the wrists, I put a dab on my chest and a little on my temples. Such a relaxing smell! Even my partner is benefiting from me using it!
