Directions
The ideal gentle AM and PM cleanser. Gently massage a small amount onto dampened face and neck, add water, then rinse thoroughly.

Recently grainy
This used to be my favourite product; I’ve used this for years.It used to be the perfect cleanser to soothe rosacea and remove suncream/makeup.The past 3 I’ve bought from different retailers have had grainy pieces in them which has really aggravated my skin. I’ve now switched to a different oil cleanser; although I hope Inkey List fix the issue

Love This Cleanser
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used several tubes of this cleansing balm and couldn’t be more pleased, I do a double cleanse and follow with the Fulvic Acid cleanser, really pleased with the combo, my skin has had no reaction just feels thoroughly cleansed and smooth.

Weird, film-like texture.
Will finish my bottle but would never rebuy. There are better cleansing balms. This one leaves a weird film-like coating on your skin that is difficult to rinse away. It removes makeup fine but not a pleasant experience.

It melts the makeup easily and cleans up really well. However it’s very thick hence why im not giving it a 5 star. Its amazing with eye makeup removal tho!

I'm worried I would be over-stripping my skin since I use a water based cleanser that contains Salicylic acid & also use the Paula's choice 2% BHA exfoliant. Would this be too much to add to my routine?
This cleanser would be soothing because it contains oats. I would consider using just one product containing BHA to ensure you don't damage your skin barrier. I have several cleansers at a higher price point but always have this cleanser because it is fab
