Vouchers were empty
I purchased 2 of these vouchers for my sister and niece who were going to Manchester specifically to visit Sephora for their birthday. They got to the ti to find that both vouchers were empty and had to go through a whole process to be able to purchase their items using the vouchers. When you purchase a voucher you expect the money to be on it.

Gift card no envelope
I purchased a gift card for a friends birthday. It was easy to buy online and quickly sent out but there was no envelope for the gift card, which is a bit disappointing when giving it as a gift.

Terrible service.
Ordered voucher. Tried to use in store and it had a zero balance. Contacted Sephora through their website and no response. Now waiting on a response through social media. It should not take this much effort to get what you paid for.

Gift card bought but of no value
Bought £100 gift card online for niece at Xmas. She can’t use it online or in shop have tried contacting cust services. Very dissatisfied as this was a gift. My money was taken from bank but the card appears worthless.
