1. Take a small amount of balm directly with your finger.

Removes eye make up and doesn't irritate!
I have very sensitive skin and this cleanser is perfect. Small amount clears my eyeliner and mascara easily without residue or irritation. I alternate between this and E.L.F and body shop camomile depending on offers available and they are all as good as each other!

My little skincare hero!
This cleansing balm has totally surprised me – in the best way! I’ve tried a fair few over the years, but this one from Sephora has properly earned its spot on my shelf. It melts into the skin like butter (without feeling greasy), and takes off makeup, SPF, and the day’s stress in one go. Even my mascara doesn’t stand a chance!
What I love most is how clean but soft my skin feels afterwards – no tightness, no residue, just fresh, calm skin. It’s quick, easy, and gives that little moment of self-care at the end of a busy day. As someone who likes things that actually work but don’t feel faffy, this is bang on.
Honestly, it’s a proper hidden gem – I wasn’t expecting to love it this much, but now I can’t be without it.

I love this cleansing balm and I now use it nightly. You do not need to use a lot and it feels great. Smells nice and comes in a lovely little blue pot. Ideal for removing make up and leaving skin feeling nourished.

I recently tried the Sephora Clean Skin Cleansing Balm, and I must say, it’s become a staple in my evening routine! As someone who wears a fair bit of makeup—think full-coverage foundation, waterproof mascara, and the odd bold lip—I need something reliable to take it all off without a fuss. This balm absolutely delivers. It’s got a lovely, smooth texture that melts into an oil as you massage it in, making light work of even the stubborn stuff. I was chuffed to see it tackle my mascara without any stinging around my eyes, which is a rare find for me.
What I really appreciate is how gentle it feels. It’s unscented, which is brilliant for my sensitive skin—no irritation or redness at all.
