This is my second purchase of blur. I was putting it on after makeup but it says to put it on underneath makeup. Either seems to work well!

pointless product
This product does nothing. It's awfully expensive for doing nothing and since the company does not stand behind its product and offer refunds or any type of compensation after you've used it. I would suggest gambling with your money elsewhere. Or spending it with a line that will stand behind their products.
