Nice fresh feel, but doesn't remove eye makeup.
Was expecting much more than this product gave particularly for the price. It feels nice & fresh, non irritant, & is softening rather than being a harsh cleanser, but it simply doesn't remove eye makeup as other gentle micella water competitive products do. I don't even use waterproof makeup as my eyes are so sensitive. Thank goodness I tried it out at home, as I'd planned to decant a small amount to take away camping where I can't easily wash my face. No good for that at all! Honestly, after 2 goes, leaving it on a few mins, & using loads of it on a cotton pad for each eye, using both sides, I looked like a panda! Now pandas themselves are lovely, but I prefer my eyes not to look like theirs - even after using soap the dark smudges didn't budge. It had all seemed to become very greasy, & almost fused the smeared makeup to the delicate skin around my eyes instead of dissolving. I was forced to scrub some of it off, thus risking wrinkles, & an eye cream finally took off the rest. I think this is fine for a very gentle clean of day to day impurities but simply not good enough for any amount of eyeliner/eyebrow pencil/mascara.

Fresh feeling
I got this as part of the Look good feel better pack. Firstly, thank you to Lancome for supporting this cause. I am going through chemo and went along with other ladies going through the same. We were all surprised when we used this how much dirt it took off as all of us has obviously washed before the course but the lancome cleanser showed how much better it was!
You feel squeeky clean and fresh after use, no overpowering smells, easy to use dispenser and 5* product

Clean and fresh
this is wonderful. Gives you a real zing, so fresh feeling. I have a sensitive skin but have no worries with this. thoroughly recommend it.
