Regret using this, It strips the hair of softness and colour. My friend had the same experience; I should have listened to her before I continued to use it. Kerastase shouldn’t be recommending this for combination hair and sensitive scalp, it’s outdated and should be discontinued. It’s like it strips everything away, leaves you with burning and itching sensations with dry hair covered in a layer of film that makes your hair look greasy the next day.

I was recommended this shampoo by my hairdresser when I ha a red, itchy scalp. It was amazing and definitely cleared up any irritation. I have not used the full bottle yet as my scalp cleared up - but I know what to use if I have another flare-up.

It smells good and lathers well.
It also didn't cause any irritation or dandruff. (I have either seborrea or psoarsis - undefined, have been using a steroid liquid for it in the past.)
I prefer KÉRASTASE Symbiose Purifying Anti-Dandruff Cellular Shampoo, because it does not make my hair greasy whereas this one (Dermo-Calm for oily scalp) make it even more oily and I need to wash after 2 days.

Lovely smell does an excellent job
My husband uses Kerastase Specifique Bain shampoo for his itchy head. It works a dream hair looks in good condition too. He wouldn’t use anything else.

Since a few months ago, my scalp became very itchy and also had dandruff at the same time.
After starting to use this shampoo and scalp mask for about two weeks, my scalp condition was almost cured.
Now already using this shampoo for a month, completely cured my symptoms, and no dandruff anymore.

No more itch
I had a very itchy scalp, which was progressively getting oilier as I only wash every 3 days. I still have to wash every 3 for the oil, but the itching has gone, and the hair feels cleaner
