This set is designed to be used by men only however, they do have a version of this product for women (Kérastase Densifique 30 Day Programme 30 x).

When you stop using it after 3 monhts and do you to continue to receive any benefits gained, or do you lose it?

Thank you for your question.
The Kérastase Densifique Homme 30 Day Programme is designed to be used as a one time 30 day treatment.
After this period of time the hairs natural density should be increased enough for you to be able to just maintain it with shampoo and conditioner.
If you did feel your hair would benefit from another course of treatment in the future you can go through the 30 day treatment again.
