Lush shampoo
leaves hair lovely & clean, if a little dry on my highlighted thick curly hair, but good for a "proper" cleanse to remove product & build up. Any dryness is eradicated by following with the conditioner in the same range. When used together, hair is bright & shiny with a lush very long lasting scent in hair that lasts several day, so whilst it's expensive for shampoo & conditioner, it leaves me feeling uplifted by how it makes my hair feel & smell. Heavenly.

I have used this product for 8 years now as I got very sensitive after having my twins no shampoo cleaned my hair the way jo malone does and the smell is just beautiful.

Bottle annoying
Shampoo smells amazing, lathers beautifully and leaves hair feeling lovely and clean but I completely agree with the previous reviewer, the bottle is a pain - would MUCH prefer a lovely pump bottle like the hand/body washes. Would not purchase again at this time purely because of the lack of pump.

Lovely smell but bottle not good - too much hassle
Love the smell so thought it would treat myself to the shampoo and conditioner. Wouldnt buy again as too much hassle - cant get the shampoo out of the bottle and have had to decant into another container. Shampoo is very thick and conditioner is very thin and runny!!! Not as expected
