Directions
Spray throughout towel-dried, making sure to fully cover the root area and under sections. Comb to distribute evenly from root to tip. For maximum fullness, style hair using a blow-dryer until completely dry.

I love this product

Very disappointed
My hair has really thinned as I’ve got older . I had high hopes for this product having read the reviews. Used first time and hair was incredibly sticky, gum like and looked very greasy. Tried a couple more times using less and still the same. No extra thickness, just an awful feel of sticky residue and the greasiest I have ever seen my hair look. Tried on my daughter who also has gone hair and had the same results. Hair never looked do lank and oily.

Didn't work at all for my hair!!!
I decided to buy this spray because John Frieda is a reputable company (or so I thought), and it would be great to have very full hair but, the result was very disappointing. My hair only looked stiff, not bouncy at all and I had to wash it a lot faster, as it then became greasy. I made sure that I wasn't using too much, as it was my first trial, but honestly, didn't work. I have a high forehead, which is always framed by bits of hair on the side, but now all my hair was a clump and there was no way to make those bits look bouncy and beautiful. So... not for me, sorry! Funny to see the clip of the lady with the full, bouncy hair on your website......... Read very bad reviews now about their shampoo and conditioner!

This really works!
Have just restocked -this range has transformed my fine flat hair.the shampoo and conditioner smell great and leave your hair feeling smooth and healthy but it's the thickening spray that is the game changer.Better results than much more expensive products.
